Question: Did you get the item I sent back to you?
 

Answer: We do email and let our customers know as soon as their return is received and processed into our system.

Again, we will email you once it is received and processed into our system which usually takes 2-3 days. We will email the email address associated with your original order.

We usually get returns back roughly 5-8 business days from the date in which you sent it back to us for domestic orders and 9-18 business days for international orders. If you don't hear from us in that time frame that we got your return, please let me know.
