Question: What is your return policy?
 
Answer: We're confident that your Upbra® bra will fit great and make you feel amazing, or we'll make it right.

For domestic customers, we include a prepaid return label with your shipment. If you did not get one in your shipment, all you will need to do is fill out a return authorization form to receive your prepaid return label by email. The label will expire within 12 hours, so please print it once you receive it. You can fill out the return authorization form here: https://www.upbra.com/retreq.php

For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return postage to send something back to us, but we cover the shipping cost to send out any exchanges.

Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship your exchange(s) back to you, and 10 business days after receipt for a refund to process. Items marked as Seconds/Slightly Imperfect are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be applied to the orig
